Welcome to our lash boutique. You’ve likely been referred to us by one of our many valued clients, found us on Google, or discovered us on social media. We are a small multi-cultural unit with a lot of knowledge collectively as a team. When you come into our chic studio, you’ll be welcomed by a smile from your service provider. You’ll be asked to fill out a digital consent form if you already haven’t filled one out prior to your appointment. Your provider will consult with you and design a customized full set of lashes that are best for your lifestyle and the health of your natural lashes. Appointments
How do I prepare for my lash appointment?
• Arrive makeup-free or with minimal eye makeup
• Remove contact lenses before your appointment or use one of our containers.
• Avoid oily eye products (creams, serums, or oils)
This helps create the best experience and results that YOU want.
HOW LONG IS THE FIRST SESSION?
Full sets can take 2-3 hours depending if you book our Classic or Volume service.
How long does an appointment take?
• New Full Set: 2–3 hours (Classic or Volume, depending on the style)
• Lash Fill: 60–90 minutes depending on lash growth
• Lash Lift: Approximately 60–90 minutes\
• Korean Lash Lift: Approximately 90-120 min

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Eyelash extensions are made of a PBT material (a manufactured plastic) and are titled silk, mink or synthetic based on the finish of the lash. Silk has a semi matte finish. Mink has a matte finish. Synthetic typically has a glossy finish. We use Silk and Mink lashes here at iLashCharlotte.
HOW LONG IS THE FIRST SESSION?
Full sets can take 2-3 hours depending if you book our Classic or Volume service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
If you’re running late to your appointment, we will not be able to make up the time lost. We strive for perfection; if you’re late we may not be able to achieve 100% coverage. If you’re running late, please give us a call.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY APPOINTMENT?
Unfortunately, no call and no shows will be charged for 100% of their appointments. Full Set appointments are 2-3 hours long. Our service providers have to be compensated. If you call and cancel your appointment the same day, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. We respect your time, please respect ours by giving us a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments in advance.

WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS MADE OF?

HOW LONG DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
They can last up to 6 weeks. However, we recommend touch ups once every 2-3 weeks. Lash retention varies from client to client depending on lifestyle and a healthy aftercare routine.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Don’t get lashes saturated with water or sweat for at least min of 12 hours. Brush lashes twice daily. Cleanse lashes daily with a non-oily foam cleanser. Stay away from high levels of heat, lashes can singe near hot grills, ovens and blow-dryers.
