Some Self-Care Tips You Can Add To Your Routine For A Boost of Positivity

Sometimes it’s hard to find inspiration – especially when you’re feeling down.
We’re all a little derailed from our normal routines these days. Add to that the stress
about finances, our health, and the future and it’s easy to understand how anxiety is on
the rise.

The good news is that you can pull yourself of slump and decrease your anxiety
by adding a little TLC to your daily routine. Here are a few ways I’ve been enjoy some
“me time” to promote my health and happiness.

Try Organic Tea & Sea Moss

Hear me out on this one! Do some research on the health benefits of algal-derived food products. Red algae has been shown to increase blood circulation, regulate blood sugar levels, and lower LDL or bad cholesterol, as well as improve your immune system overall.

For these reasons, I add red algae that I take once a day in my tea. It helps with digestion, immunity, energy levels, nourishes the skin, helps reduce mucus from the body, and reduces inflammation. This is a miracle in a jar! Check out this product at Musa Moon She has many natural remedies to help with mind, body, and soul.

Find A Workout Routine That Works For You

Even though our favorite gyms are closed, there are still plenty of ways we can work out and keep our bodies healthy. I’ve been working out in my garage doing @beachbody in demand. However, I was in the best shape working out with @organiccrissy. She not only taught me about how important movement is for my body,
but she also educated me on nutrition. You don’t find a physical trainer willing to educate you on both!

Focus On The Future

What better way to create positivity than to look ahead to the future with hope and optimism. I’ve been enjoying crystal readings during this uncertain time. @kim_irene_muse is amazing at giving you spiritual direction and insight. Sometimes you have to face yourself. A crystal reading brings so much clarity and clears a path for
growth.

How are you taking care of yourself during these uncertain times? I’d love to hear more about what your ‘new normal’ looks like.
