We are so excited to be back and offer you our Signature Volume lash services! For our clients that love classic lashes, don’t worry, we still offer this service as well. We love offering advanced techniques and unmatched experience in luxurious lashes and effortless beauty.
We have been busy taking care of our families and ourselves during this time. We are balanced, energized, and ready to take on all of your Full Set requests. We want you to know that we care about you and your health and safety is a priority. Because our esthetic services require us to be in close proximity, here are a few things you need to know before you visit our studio.
What happens when you come in for your appointment?
Suspended Waiting Room Policy
When you arrive at the studio, please wait in your car and text iLashCharlotte at 678.698.1556 to confirm that you have arrived for your appointment. Once your appointment room has been properly sanitized and we’re ready to welcome you, a staff member will come outside to escort you directly to the lash room with your respective service provider.
Should you wear a mask?
Mask and Glove Policy
All staff and clients are required to wear a mask. If a client comes in without a mask, they can purchase one or reschedule their appointment. Gloves are not required or encouraged. Hand Sanitizer will be stationed at the front door and offered to clients upon arrival.
Should I wash my hands when I arrive?
Hand Washing Policy
Hand washing will be enforced amongst staff and clientele. Staff must wash hands for at least 30 seconds with antibacterial soap and water before and after every client serviced. Clients will be offered hand sanitizer at the door. If clients choose to use the restroom facilities, they must follow the handwashing policy as well.
Will I have to fill out any paperwork?
Release of Liability Waiver
Clients will be asked to participate in a waiver that acknowledges their willingness to be serviced at iLashCharlotte. Esthetic services are not a service in which we can practice 6 Ft social distancing recommendations. Therefore, clients are required to waive any liability from iLashCharlotte from a person to person transmission. A series of questions will be asked, such as if you have a fever, a cough, or if you’ve been living with anyone who is sick.
What if I want my lashes done and you are already booked?
After Hour Appointments
iLashCharlotte understands that we will have an influx in business upon our return. We want to service all of our clients as soon as possible. Even though working outside normal business hours for a lash artist can be taxing on the body, we understand that eyelash extensions are essential for a lot of our clients.
If an appointment time is not available for you, please call or text 678-698-1556 to book an after-hours appointment. After hour appointments will be an additional $25. For Example, If you are booking an $85 fill in the appointment, your service will be $105 for the after-hours service.
