Which Eyelash Extensions Suit Me?

Customized lash sets do what mascara can only dream of: visibly lengthen and volumize your lash line after only one appointment. Best of all, your gorgeous new lashes will last for a few weeks until it’s time for your next appointment. But, even if you’re sold on getting your first set of lash extensions, you still have an important
decision to make…what style should I get? Here’s a breakdown of your options at iLash Charlotte.

Classic Lash Extensions

Classic lashes are applied using a technique in which a single extension is applied to one isolated natural lash. Classic lashes are a perfect choice for adding length and some fullness to your natural lash line. If you are new to lashes, a classic set is a great place to start because you can always add on.

Hybrid Eyelash Extensions

We’re known for our hybrid lash sets at iLash Charlotte! They’re the perfect blend of classic and volume lashes. We create hand-made volume fans and blend them into classic lashes for a soft yet sultry look that POPS!
The best part about Hybrid Lashes is that you can mix in Volume without having to spend the time it takes to complete a full Volume set (about 3 hours). Hybrid sets take the same amount of time as our Classic Sets which is great for the client on the go.

Volume Lash Extensions

Applying volume lashes requires a significant amount of skill as hundreds of lashes are applied to boost the volume and length of your natural lashes. It’s important to remember that Volume Lashes can look natural, too! Volume lashes are really about creating a darker lash line or what we call the “eyeliner look” that gives clients the option to really enhance their lash line. This style uses a technique that starts with 3 lash extensions per 1 natural lash.

Volume lashes are great for clients who want to go to the next level because you can typically add around 100 more lashes per eye! How is this possible? Volume lashes are lighter and finer than signature lash options so you can add multiple extensions per eyelash without damaging the natural lash.

Regardless of which option you choose, our lash extensions will enhance the natural beauty of your eyes and eliminate the need for mascara – wake up feeling gorgeous! Our first step in helping to determine which lashes are right for you will be to study the shape of your eyes, the shape of your face, and the health of your natural lashes. Let’s connect!
